Development of the Energy Conservation and Efficiency Law for an African country, along with attendant regulations – the project included intense interaction with both government and private sector stakeholders;                                                                     

Ongoing consulting services to the Ministry of Health of a Middle Eastern Country on a National, performance – based, Energy Efficiency project in  all its general hospitals -the project requires customization and optimization of the shared savings/performance contracting methodology so as to implement it in a challenging management  environment;
       
Review of training programs in the field of sustainable building for a  national Standards Institute – the project required intensive literature review  as well as formulation of recommendations commensurate with local circumstances;
   
Development of documentation for three companies seeking government  grants for demonstration projects and energy efficiency projects – the tasks included review of the requests for proposals and preparation of queries to the tendering entity relevant to the clients, articulation of the technology presentation in cooperation with the client, review of draft submissions for  tender compliance;
    
Consulting Services to clients seeking facilitation of water desalination and water purification projects – development of Terms of Reference for project identification, review of project proposals, search for relevant
suppliers.
       
Initiation of village-scale biogas-driven electricity generation project in Africa, as part of an holistic rural economic development paradigm.
